By accessing or using our website (https://sandforktexashoghunting.com/) or participating in any activities, hunts, or services we provide (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a hunt, using our website, or engaging in any services provided by SandFork Hog Hunting Ranch, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

  • All participants must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a legal guardian if under 18.
  • Hunters must possess any required licenses, permits, or certifications as mandated by the State of Texas.
  • Participants must comply with all local, state, and federal hunting laws.

3. Booking and Payment

  • A deposit of 50% is required to secure your hunt. Full payment must be made before the scheduled hunt.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our cancellation policy.
  • Payment methods accepted: Cash or Credit Card.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honored for your hunt.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 15 days before the scheduled hunt will be eligible for a change in date. Deposits are non refundable, so failure to make a rescheduled hunt will be a forfeiture of the deposit. 
  • Cancellations made within 15 days of the hunt date will not be eligible to be rescheduled and the full amount of the hunt is due.
  • SandFork Hog Hunting Ranch reserves the right to cancel or reschedule hunts due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.

5. Safety Rules

  • All participants must follow the instructions of guides and ranch staff at all times.
  • Firearms and equipment must be handled responsibly and in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Alcohol or illegal substances are strictly prohibited before or during hunts.
  • SandFork Hog Hunting Ranch reserves the right to remove any participant who poses a safety risk or violates these rules, without refund.

6. Liability Waiver

  • By participating in any activities on our property, you agree to release SandFork Hog Hunting Ranch, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur.
  • Hunting activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical injuries, unpredictable animal behavior, or environmental hazards. Participants assume all risks associated with these activities.

7. Property Damage

  • Participants are responsible for any damage caused to the property, equipment, or facilities due to negligence or intentional misconduct.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of SandFork Hog Hunting Ranch and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our explicit written permission.

9. Photography and Media Release

  • By participating in our activities, you grant permission for SandFork Hog Hunting Ranch to capture and use photographs or videos of you for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in writing before your hunt.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

11. Force Majeure

  • SandFork Hog Hunting Ranch will not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Anson County, Texas.

13. Amendments

  • SandFork Hog Hunting Ranch reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
